Shipping
We pack orders within 24–48 hours on business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 days in metro areas and up to 7 days elsewhere in India. Express options may be available at checkout when your backend exposes them.
You will receive tracking details by SMS and email once the handoff to our courier partner is complete — this UI is ready to display live status from your Spring Boot tracking endpoints.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Initiate a return from your order history once connected to your API, or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
Combo sets must be returned together. Sale items may be final sale — we will mirror whatever rules your catalog carries.
